Has it ever happened to that you started on a fitness regime and quit in between? Well, it is far from being anything close to complimentary, to be categorized as a ‘quitter’ but then, there is nothing to feel ashamed about as well. Studies have shown, that about 90% of the people have given up on their fitness routine at some point in their lives. Sounds absurd right? However, this is the sad truth.
The logic behind this quitting varies from person to person but there are four very common contributors to this worldwide worrisome behavioral pattern.
1. INJURIES
Injuries are one of the major setbacks when it comes to Physical Fitness. Sometimes the trauma of the pain suffered due to an injury can cause an immense psychological barrier to recovery.

Everyone likes positive results. It is very natural, that one would expect to see some visible difference physically, if one is investing time and energy on a fitness routine. However, same workouts need not always have the same impact on everyone. One has to understand that workouts cannot magically change everything in a short time! It needs regularity, dedication and most importantly, a strong belief in the process and the transformation happens gradually.

4. LOSING INTEREST

Perseverance and dedication are the key elements in order achieve success in anything. It’s the same case where fitness is concerned. There is no harm in experimenting but frequent fickleness never works in achieving anything. Remember, the well-known words, “No Pain, No Gain”!
